'''Little Scholars School of Early Learning''' is a family-owned early childhood education provider with 17 purpose-built campuses across South East Queensland, serving communities throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, and Redland Bay. Founded by '''Jae Fraser''' in 2014, the company began with the acquisition of a single campus on the northern Gold Coast. Since then, it has expanded into one of the region's largest independent early learning networks, supporting more than 7,000 children and employing over 500 staff across its centres.

'''Jae Fraser''', the founder of Little Scholars School of Early Learning, has more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. He holds university qualifications in education, early childhood, and business management, with a professional background covering teaching, centre operations, and executive leadership in Australia and internationally. In addition to his work with Little Scholars, Fraser has contributed to the growth of some of Australia's largest early learning organisations. He remains active in the sector through leadership involvement with the Australian Childcare Alliance and The Fraser Foundation, an initiative that supports early childhood educators nationally.

Little Scholars' curriculum, known internally as '''"The Collective,"''' is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and focuses on play-based, holistic learning for children from six weeks to school age. Its educational philosophy is designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent discovery rather than relying primarily on rote instruction. Each campus operates as a '''"Learn & Play Studio"''' designed around different stages of childhood development, including Nursery & Infant Care, Toddler Programs, Junior & Senior Kindy, Kindergarten, and Before/After-School and Vacation Care.

The company distinguishes its approach through a range of signature programs that are not commonly offered by mainstream childcare operators. These include the '''Stingless Bees program''', a nature-based beekeeping initiative; an '''Intergenerational Program''' that connects children with elderly community members through "Grandfriends"; '''Outdoor Explorers (Bush Kinder)'''; '''Wondernest VR'''; and the '''Family Time Program''', which provides additional support to families through on-campus services and take-home meals. Little Scholars also delivers the '''Abecedarian Reading approach''', a structured early literacy method, while maintaining an ongoing focus on '''Environment and Sustainability''' across its campuses.

Operating under '''The Scholars Group''' corporate structure, Little Scholars distinguishes itself from larger corporate childcare chains such as Goodstart, G8 Education, and Guardian Childcare by emphasising its independent, family-owned model. The company highlights its ability to make centre-level decisions without the corporate bureaucracy associated with larger operators. Its long-term direction is expressed through the '''"2036 Vision,"''' which represents a stated growth and quality benchmark for the future of the business.

Little Scholars maintains an active online presence, publishing articles covering parenting and early education through its blog and regularly sharing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Each of its 17 campuses also operates its own claimed Google Business Profile, supporting the company's location-based service model across South East Queensland.
